We offer inclusive supportive classes and workshops for women of all ages (18+), body shapes and backgrounds, and are LGBTQ friendly.
I have been teaching Pole and Aerial Arts for over 15 years and it has no doubt changed my life. After struggling for years with self confidence, it made me appreciate my body like never before.
